I developed a chronic health problem in my late 20s. That led to my doctor placing me on several medications to control my condition. She often had to adjust my medication dosages and the medications I took to keep my condition under control. One day, she was very excited to offer me a new medication that was recently approved by the FDA. I developed a new health condition soon, but never put two-and-two together that the new medication was the cause. Soon, the medication was quickly recalled due to serious side effects that were not stated on the label. I enrolled in a class action suit and received monetary compensation for the detriment the medication caused me. Now I am dedicated to helping learn how to take legal action any time their rights are violated, so I decided to create a helpful legal blog!
